RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal applies only to the consumer customer, without any penalty: if the consumer wants to withdraw from the distance contract, he must do so within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract without specifying the reason and claiming only the shipping costs. It is necessary to inform Horn Distribution UK Limited of the return and to send it recorded delivery to the address below:

The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send the products to the above address at his own expense within the 14 days following receipt of the email authorization to return the goods. Returned products must be fully functional, packed in their original undamaged packaging and must not show any signs of wear or damage. In this case Horn Distribution UK Limited will refund the price of the product paid by the Customer, 14 days from receipt of the product complete with all its parts and fully functional. If these methods are not respected, the Customer will not be entitled to reimbursement of the sums already paid, even if he may regain, at his own expense, the Product in the state in which it was returned to Horn Distribution UK Limited.

 

JURISDICTION

The Contract is governed by English law. Any dispute concerning the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the contract will be the responsibility of the English Court.
