Terms of Use

SUBJECT AND STIPULATION

This contract concerns the online sale of movable assets and services and is stipulated between the company Horn Distribution UK Limited, with registered office in Suite 8, 57 High Street, Ibstock, LE67 6LH, VAT and Tax Code GB431929293, and a buyer established in the United Kingdom, consumer or professional (hereinafter “Customer”), through exclusive use of distance communication , as defined by regulation 5 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The sales system organized by Horn Distribution UK Limited provides exclusively for shipments in the United Kingdom both to final consumers (natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to business, commercial, craft or professional activity), and to traders (natural or legal persons acting in the exercise of its business, commercial activity, craft or professional or through an intermediary). This system is based on internet communication, therefore the contracts are concluded through access and registration by the Customer to the website https://shop.alpine.uk where Horn Distribution UK Limited sells online.

 

HOW TO BUY, PRICES AND SHIPPING

To make the purchase of any product, both the final consumer and the professional must complete the registration procedure by supplying all the requested data and answering the truth, only in this way the contract can be perfected and the Customer can receive the acceptance of his order. All prices on the site include VAT; the shipping cost may vary depending on the size of the goods, the destination and the quantity of products ordered. The purchased goods will be delivered within 30 days of order. The Customer can pay for the goods ordered online by means of the indicated services: · Credit card through Shopify secure server - with commission from 1% to 1.5% for each transaction. · Bank transfer in advance on current account Intesa indicated in the appropriate section. Paypal following the instructions in the specific section.
the property of the ordered goods shall remain with Horn Distribution UK Limited until it has received the full payment for the goods.

 

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

If the buyer is a consumer, he has the right to cancel the contract without cause within 14 days after delivery of the purchased goods.

 

RESPONSIBILITY, WARRANTIES, ASSISTANCE

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must check the state of the packaging: in case of damage, he must sign the transport document with reservation, specifying the way in which the packaging is damaged and must request the replacement of the product or reimbursement within  a reasonable time of receipt, notifying Horn Distribution UK Limited by e-mail, telephone at the following addresses:

The seller,

Horn Distribution UK Limited, on the other hand, is obliged to deliver to the Costumer only products that correspond to the characteristics provided for in the purchase contract (contractual conformity) such as the suitability for use normally envisaged for goods of the same type or the compliance of the product with the characteristics listed Description. The seller is liable for defects arising within 6 years of delivery of the product used correctly (in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation). If the purchased goods are of unsatisfactory quality, the consumer has the right to reject them within 30 days from the date he has taken ownership of its product. If the defect occurs after this period, the consumer has to give Horn Distribution UK Limited the opportunity to repair or replace such defective goods. To use the warranty, the Customer must communicate the defect within a reasonable period and keep the invoice attached to the goods. The customer with the acceptance of the purchase contract takes note of the assistance methods in force at the time of purchase. In the event of a defect, Horn Distribution UK Limited will restore product conformity by repair, replacement, price reduction (in the presence of minor defects) or reimbursement (if repair and replacement are impossible). The customer who reported the failure will obtain an authorization number (RMA) and an e-mail that will authorize him to send the goods to the Service and will provide the instructions necessary for shipment to the Authorized Center. 

 

JURISDICTION

The Contract is governed by English law. Any dispute concerning the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the contract will be the responsibility of the English Court.
